Shipping policy

Orders received and confirmed by 11:00 AM EST (M-F) generally ship the same day. Orders received and confirmed after 11:00 AM EST will ship by the end of the next business day*

* Orders placed before 11:00AM EST may not ship that day for reasons including but not limited to: credit card processing errors, shipping and billing address verification, and inventory availability.

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii

Orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii must be placed with a Jané USA customer service coordinator. Customer service coordinators may be reached by emailed info@jane-usa.com.

Express Shipping

If you wish to use express shipping methods please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order at info@jane-usa.com.

International Shipping

We currently do NOT ship to addresses outside of the United States.

PO Box Addresses

We currently do NOT ship to PO box addresses.

United States Postal Service and APO shipping

Orders being shipped to military addresses must be made through a Jané Customer Service agent. You may reach customer service by emailing info@jane-usa.com.

Federal Express Claims

We will make every effort to find solutions to any damage that arises as a result of shipping, including part replacement and any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items.

We will assist customers with filing a Federal Express claim in the event of loss, theft, or denial signature. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact Federal Express about any loss or delivery disputes. The purchaser is encouraged to dispute any credit card charges with their credit card company for undelivered merchandise. Doing so allows time to work with Federal Express, your local authorities, and insurance company regarding any matters of theft.

 

Payment Policy

All credit card processing will be performed by Jané USA. The charge on your statement will appear from Jané USA. We verify all billing addresses with credit cards, and if the address you enter does not match the credit card record, we will contact you.

All California, Florida, Illinois, North Carolina, and New York residents will be charged applicable sales tax.

Payment Methods

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. You will be required to provide your name, credit card number, expiration date, and the CW number on the back of your card. For Amex card holder, the CW number appears on the front of the card.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders placed on jane-usa.com enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Please promptly contact customer service via email to info@jane-usa.com to request a cancellation of your order. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified.

 

Return Policy

We only accept returns for all products purchased in the United States on the jane-usa.com online shop within 365 days from the date of purchase. Returned products must be NEW, UNUSED, and not personalized or embroidered. You must contact us prior to your return and provide proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the return can be authorized.

Please note:

• Opening a box to verify contents, size, fit, or color does not disallow a return. Products showing signs of use or missing inner packaging are not considered new, and are thus non-returnable.
• The condition and packaging of a returned product must be as it was when received, complete with all warranty cards, original box(es), original packaging, and manuals/instructions.
• Please use care when opening and trying your product(s) so that you remain entitled to a refund should you choose to return your product(s).
• All return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility.
• The original shipping charges, including express shipping charges, are non-refundable.
• If you refuse the delivery of a package, you'll be charged for return shipping.
• All returned items are subject to a restocking fee up to 75% of the purchase price, call for details.

Warranty & Damage Issues

Please examine your order carefully upon delivery to make certain everything is in good condition. If you have a question or concern about your order, please contact us immediately at info@jane-usa.com.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from the order you receive, you must contact Jané USA customer service within 90 days to request the missing item(s), free of charge.

Return Instructions

There are two ways of getting your refund. If you paid your order by credit card or PayPal, the money will be refunded on the (credit) card / PayPal account that was used for the original payment.

You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is not what you ordered, defective (within 30 days of delivery), or damaged due to shipping (within 30 days of delivery).

We will help with the specifics and answer any questions about your return. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card typical processing time for returns is 72 hours post item receipt. If a credit is due, processing may take as long as four weeks for your credit/debit card to reflect the refund).
